Passport Validity
Check that your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned stay in Vietnam. This is a mandatory requirement for all travelers and one of the most common causes of delay at immigration.
Blank Visa Page
You’ll need at least one blank page in your passport for the immigration stamp. A clean and unused page helps speed up your entry process.
Visa or Exemption
Citizens of ASEAN countries can enjoy visa-free entry for up to 30 days when visiting Vietnam. However, travelers from non-ASEAN countries must apply for a visa in advance before crossing. The Vietnam e-Visa system makes this easy — you can apply online here.
